Yes — which means we can fix the cause of water damage and then repair and repaint the affected areas with one accountable team.

Waterproofing

Internal wet areas are waterproofed to AS 3740 using membranes classified under AS 4858. External above-ground membranes (balconies, roofs and terraces) follow AS 4654.1 and AS 4654.2, along with each manufacturer's requirements.

Curing depends on the membrane, number of coats, temperature and humidity. Most wet areas are ready for tiling within one to two days; we will confirm timing for your product and conditions.

Yes. We provide a certificate on completion, which is useful for certifiers, builders, insurers and future buyers.

Sometimes. Minor issues may be solved with regrouting or sealers, but if the membrane itself has failed, the tiles need to be removed to fix it properly. We diagnose first and explain your options.
